Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

EYLF

The Early Years Learning Framework is a guide based on the National Quality Standards established by the Australian Government and the ACECQA: Australia Children's Education and Care Quality Authority. The Early Learning Framework highlights play-based learning to document and plan for each child's learning and growth from birth to five years of age until they transition to school. It places emphasis on children belonging, being and becoming, confident learners and creative individuals. It outlines how children can develop interests, develop their own sense of identity and self, interact and participate in everyday life and understanding of the world as a whole.
